Trauma-Informed Recovery Coach. Survivor. Guide.

I didn’t choose this work. It chose me.

Like many of the people I work with, my experience with narcissistic abuse began in childhood. A narcissistic mother wound is a profound and complex injury—it shapes how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we define worth. I learned early on to scan for moods, to walk on eggshells, to earn love by meeting needs that were never mine to carry. That kind of environment wires you to survive—but not to feel safe.

When that becomes your normal, you don’t recognize the danger when it shows up later in life. You miss the red flags because chaos feels familiar. So I repeated the pattern. Not once, but five times. Again and again, I gave my energy to people who mirrored back emptiness. I lost myself in the process—trying to fix, to please, to prove I was enough.

Until I finally saw the pattern. Until I faced the deeper truth: I was looking for validation from people who would never give it.

That’s when everything began to change.

Having reclaimed my life, I am driven to empower others to do the same. From the struggles of one person, an army of survivors has emerged—each person a testament to the possibility of recovery and renewal. I am here to guide you on your journey, to help you rediscover your strength and autonomy, and to support you in creating a life defined not by your past, but by your resilience and renewal.

I Turned My Pain Into Purpose

Since 2019, I’ve worked with over 1,000 clients around the world—clients recovering from narcissistic relationships, parental abuse, alienation, betrayal, emotional neglect, workplace trauma, and high-conflict divorces. I've helped therapists, veterans, parents, and people who thought they were too broken to begin again. My approach is immersive, trauma-informed, and rooted in both evidence-based practices and lived experience. I’ve trained under leading experts in the field of narcissistic abuse and complex trauma, including:

Dr. Ramani (Antagonism-Informed & Narcissistic Abuse Clientian Training)

Janina Fisher, PhD (Trauma Treatment & Narcissism as Trauma-Related Disorders)

Dr. Richard Schwartz (IFS Masterclass)

Lane Pederson (DBT Certification)

Paul McKenna (Certified Hypnotherapist)

CCMF (Certified Group Recovery Facilitator)

And perhaps most importantly, I’ve lived it. I know the gaslighting. The trauma bonding. The sleepless nights. The emotional flashbacks. The slow, steady erosion of your identity.

And I also know the way through it.

Why Narcovery Is Different

Traditional therapy can be helpful—but it’s not always enough. Narcissistic abuse recovery requires a specialized lens. It’s not just about coping—it’s about rebuilding.

Narcovery is a fully immersive approach. It includes community support, group recovery sessions, somatic tools, IFS-informed self-exploration, mindfulness, DBT strategies, and deep subconscious reprogramming through hypnotherapy.

I don’t offer a quick fix. I offer a sacred space to do the real work—the shadow work. The kind of healing that stays with you. That builds you from the inside out. That walks with you through setbacks, resistance, breakthroughs, and finally—freedom.

Because recovery isn’t linear. It’s a process of coming home to yourself, again and again, until the past no longer hijacks the present.

My Philosophy: Slow, Safe, Deep

The survival strategies you developed were wise. They protected you. But now it’s time to move beyond survival and into living.

That means processing the hurt you weren’t allowed to feel. Facing the patterns. Listening to the younger parts of you still holding pain. And gently separating who you are from what the narcissist told you.

You are not too broken. You are not too far gone. You are not alone.

If You're Still Reading, Let This Sink In:

There was a you before the narcissist.

There will be a stronger you after.

Recovery is possible—not just for people “stronger” or “more healed” than you.

For you. Right now. As you are.

And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.
